Objective: We saw the necessity to archive "Weak" links to avoid the "slow and/or not found" download condition. Also, sometimes a Biz-Op is just too "complicated", and we decided not to promote it. If a link is "weak" it has no business being promoted as part of CHBO, and is just in the way. The purpose of this archive of "Weak" links is to keep them in case they become re-activated. There are many reasons as to why a Home-Biz-Op could become "inactive". The usual cause is that the Biz-Op has been abandoned by the originator. This archive is here so we can quickly re-activate the "Weak, Inactive or Dead" Home Biz-Op if it is revived and/or the weakness has been corrected!
